What should i do if I am not happy with the product condition?
We are always want you to be happy with us and have a pleasent experience with Kedai Asia. If you’ve received your product not in a good condition such as broken, expired or damaged you can immediately contact us through whatsap or email to us and attach with your receipt copy together with the picture of the product within 7 days after received the goods.
Please stay close with us so we can understand the situation better and if everything is in order, we will make sure that you will get back your money within 14 days maximum and your refund will be credited into your e-wallet.
What should I do if I’ve changed my mind?
You can return back your product to us with condition that the product is still intact, un-opened and sealed, please bring your product to us together with the copy of your receipt and we can change as desirable or we shall return back your money and credited into your e-wallet.
However this is only applicable in Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and within 7 days after the purchase.
